First Phase

In the initial phase UL CyberPark aims to construct 4,50,000 square feet in the export processing zone. The first Building is aimed at companies who do 100% percent export and the latter is aimed at accommodating existing STPI/Newly incorporated IT companies who target the domestic market.

A limited extent of fully furnished modules (Quickspace) is also planned, which will be released on a first come – first served basis.

The 4.5 lakhs sq ft building is planned to be a LEED Gold Standard Green Building.
(A Green Building is one which uses less water, optimizes energy efficiency, uses renewable materials, conserves natural resources, generates less waste and provides healthier spaces for occupants when compared to a conventional building)

The first two buildings are expected to be ready for occupation, by October 2011.
