Booking a space at UL CyberPark is easy. Being a sector specific special economic zone, your prime business has to be in Information Technology (IT) or any IT enabled service (ITeS).
If you are planning a business for 100% export, you are welcome to the Export Processing area of the Park. Here you can avail all the tax benefits of a Special Economic Zone.
If you are planning to do IT / ITeS development for the domestic market also, we have limited space outside the export zone. Here you have two options.
- Fully fitted out space – what we call as Quickspace
- Unfurnished warm shell – where you can set up your own interior facilities.

It is the stated policy of UL CyberPark to equally support small and medium sized IT companies. Whether your requirement is a 500 seat, 50 seat or even 5 seats, we will happily handhold you to plan your development centre.
