Roles and Responsibilities:
Own and optimize the end-to-end UX across high-impact SaaS touchpoints such as onboarding, dashboards, upgrades, account setup, and in-product nudges.
Define and map user journeys—including edge cases—to ensure intuitive and frictionless experiences.
Translate complex privacy/compliance features into clean, user-friendly interfaces.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
Work closely with frontend developers to guide UI implementation and ensure design fidelity.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
Perform competitor analysis and heuristic evaluations to identify UX improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with the product and growth teams to define experience metrics and track the impact of UX improvements.
Job Skills
- Requirements:
5+ years of UX design experience, including at least 1 year in B2B SaaS, with expertise in complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
Deep understanding of growth metrics and the role of UX in driving signups, activation, retention, and upsells.
Proficient in qualitative and quantitative UX research to inform and validate design decisions.
Strong communication skills, able to justify design choices with data and user insights across teams.
Collaborative, feedback-oriented, and continuously learning in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Bonus Points:
Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
Familiarity with privacy, security, or compliance SaaS platforms.
Understanding of i18n, accessibility standards, and multi-region design considerations.
