  Roles and Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  Write, edit, and maintain user guides, installation manuals, FAQs, and API documentation for WordPress plugins.
  
  Collaborate with developers to simplify complex technical concepts for end-users.
  
  Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand.
  
  Create knowledge base articles, and tutorials on WordPress plugins and related topics.
  
  Optimize content for search engines using SEO best practices, keywords, and structured formatting.
  
  Develop scripted content for explainer videos, how-to guides, and walkthrough tutorials.
  
  Create video content to ensure technical accuracy and clear messaging.
  
  

Job Skills

• Requirements:
  
  
  
  Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise style.
  
  Familiarity with SEO best practices for content optimisation.
  
  Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, or WordPress editors.
  
  Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
  
  Ability to create structured content for both text and video formats.
  
  A university degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent is preferred. (BTECH, MCA)
  
  1-2 years of experience.
