• Job Summary
  
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with the development team to resolve issues.

• Key Responsibilities
  
  Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
  Develop and execute manual and/or automated test cases
  Identify, document, and track bugs using tools
  Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  Prepare test plans, test reports, and other QA documentation
  Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective
  Ensure software meets both functional and non-functional requirements before release
  Required Skills and Qualifications
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  1–5 years of experience in software testing (manual, automation, or both)
  Strong understanding of testing principles, QA methodologies, and SDLC
  Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, etc.
  Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (Java, Python, or similar) is a plus
  Good communication and analytical skills
  Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  ISTQB Certification or equivalent is an advantage
  Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git
  Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)
  Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
