• 1. BSc/BCA/MSc/MCA/BTech/MTech
  2. 3+ Years of Experience in Data Engineering
  3. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g.MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  4. Proficiency in Python for data pipelines and scripting
  5. Proven ability to build reporting dashboards and visualizations for retail KPIs using tools such as Apache Superset, Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  6. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
  7. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Talend, or custom pipelines)
  8. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data services like S3, Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake
  9. Familiarity with batch and streaming data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, etc.)
  10. Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and performance optimization
  11. Version control with Git and experience working in a CI/CD environment
  12. Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code
