    Sales

    • Track and follow up with prospects to keep opportunities moving.
    • Draft proposals for clients and support straightforward demos.
    • Generate brainstorming content for the marketing team to create collateral.
    • Organize webinars, sales presentations, and events (remote and in-person).

    Sales Operations

    • Own scheduling and meeting logistics; capture and share key takeaways.
    • Deliver decks and collateral to clients and partners.
    • Manage CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecast reporting.
    • Coordinate with engineering to gather technical details and translate them into client-friendly formats.
    • Support deal desk activities (pricing approvals, InfoSec questionnaires, vendor onboarding).

    Partner & Team Support

    • Collaborate with international partners across time zones and cultures.
    • Build and maintain partner enablement kits (pitch, demo script, one-pagers, case studies).
    • Help run quarterly pipeline/ops reviews; improve forecast accuracy.
    • Support light EA duties for leadership (calendar triage, pre-reads, travel coordination).

Job Skills

  • 3–5 years in Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, or senior EA supporting revenue team, Fluent English
