  Required Skills & Experience:
  
  Strong expertise in building test automation frameworks from scratch.
  Strong knowledge of programming languages like PHP, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and React.
  Solid understanding of CI/CD tools like Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  Deep understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), and Agile methodologies.
  Knowledge and experience in integrating security testing and security best practices in test automation.
  Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
  Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  Strong understanding of product features, UI/UX considerations, application workflows, and business processes.
  Strong business acumen to align testing strategies with product goals and end-user expectations.
  Exposure to AI/ML driven test automation tools.
  Qualifications
  
  B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institution.
  4-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing with significant experience in automation.
  Minimum 2 years of working experience with a successful SaaS product.
  Minimum 2 years of experience in Playwright.

  Design & Build Automation Frameworks: Architect and implement automation frameworks from scratch to support UI, API, and integration testing.
  Migrate Manual to Automation: Convert manual test cases and regression suites into efficient automated pipelines.
  Hands-On Execution: Take ownership of test script creation, execution, and maintenance during the initial phases.
  Develop CI/CD Testing Pipelines: Integrate test automation into CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
  Quality Advocacy: Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure early testing and continuous feedback through TDD/BDD practices.
  Performance & Security Testing: Introduce best practices for load/performance and security testing in the automation pipeline.
  Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor junior automation engineers to build a scalable QA automation team.
  Test Coverage & Metrics: Ensure comprehensive test coverage, track quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
