  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related fields
  Strong foundation in mathematics (Linear Algebra, Statistics, Probability)
  Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, or Deep Learning are an added advantage
  
  Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world applications
  Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis
  Build and optimize models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques
  Implement and maintain ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment
  Integrate AI/ML models with web applications and RESTful APIs
  Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
  Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
  Ensure data security, model reliability, and compliance with best practices
  Document models, workflows, and technical processes

Job Skills

• "3+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning development
  
  Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
  
  Hands-on experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras
  
  Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
  
  Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  
  Knowledge of REST APIs and model deployment (Flask/FastAPI)
  
  Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
  
  Preferred Skills
  
  - Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
  - Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
  - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  - Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
  - Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)"
