Job Skills
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo preferred),Basic understanding of visa procedures and international travel rules, Familiarity with holiday packages (Domestic & International), Familiarity with holiday packages (Domestic & International)
Manage flight ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds , Assist clients with visa documentation and processing, Support customers with holiday packages (itinerary planning & basic costing), Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers,Ensure smooth and professional customer service experience
