Job Skills
- • Analyze business requirements and prepare test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Perform manual and/or automated testing on web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing
• Ensure product quality before deployment
• Maintain proper documentation of test results and reports
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
• Experience in manual testing (automation is an added advantage)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases
• Knowledge of API testing tools (like Postman) is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in ERP Software will be an added advantage
